Learn more →Most enquiries fall into one of three situations, and it is usually obvious which one you are in.
You have nothing yet. Start with CCTV installation, or go straight to home CCTV or commercial CCTV if you already know which applies. The first conversation is about what you want to see rather than how many cameras you want. Four well-placed cameras beat eight badly placed ones, and cost less.
You have a system and it has stopped behaving. That is CCTV repairs. Cameras dropping offline, a picture that has gone soft or dark, a recorder that is not writing footage, or a connection damaged by weather or building work. We look for a repair before recommending replacement, because a lot of what gets written off is fixable.
Your system works, and you would like it to keep working. That is CCTV maintenance. The most common way a system fails is quietly. It looks fine on the live view, and nobody discovers it stopped recording weeks ago until footage is actually needed. A periodic check catches that.
Burglar alarms sit alongside all three. Cameras record what happened; an alarm makes noise while it is happening. Plenty of properties benefit from both.
Whichever service you need, the approach is the same. We look at the property before quoting, because camera height, lighting, cable routes, internet access and the specific blind spots you care about all change what makes sense. We explain the equipment in plain language rather than specifications. And we show you how to actually use the system before we leave, including how to get footage off it, which is the part people most often find they were never shown.
We cover the county from Chelmsford and Colchester through to Southend-on-Sea, Basildon, Harlow and the towns in between. See all service areas, read more about how we work, or check the common questions.
Describe what is happening, or what you want to protect, and we will tell you which service fits.
