These terms cover your use of this website and the basis on which we quote for and carry out work.

The content here is provided for general information about our services. We take care to keep it accurate, but it is not technical or legal advice and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a security decision about your property.
Prices shown anywhere on this site are indicative ranges, not fixed quotations. A binding price is only given in writing after we have understood the property, the equipment involved and the access required.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Where work uncovers something that could not reasonably have been identified beforehand, such as concealed cabling faults, structural obstructions or inaccessible routes, we will stop, explain the position and agree any change with you before continuing.
We will agree an appointment with you and arrive within the agreed window wherever possible. You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and for telling us about known hazards, concealed services or restrictions such as listed building or leasehold conditions.
Where equipment depends on your internet connection or electrical supply, we cannot be responsible for the performance of those services themselves.
Payment terms are set out on your quotation or invoice. Where a deposit is required for equipment it will be stated in advance.
Where you engage us away from our business premises as a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering the contract. If you ask us to begin work within that period, and we complete it, you lose the right to cancel. If we have started but not finished, you may be charged for what has been done. To cancel, contact us using the details below.
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is warranted for 12 months from completion. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised alteration, weather or power events, or faults in third-party equipment or internet services.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any work is limited to the sum paid for that work.
A CCTV or alarm system reduces risk; it does not remove it. We cannot be liable for losses arising from crime, trespass or damage at a property where a system is installed.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
